Note that there is a 24h cancellation policy, any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the session cost.

Late arrivals: With no prior communication, if a client is not present within the first 10 minutes of a session, the session is deemed cancelled. This will result in a charge equal to 50% of the session cost.
